Forgot Your Email?

  • You can easily find the email address associated with your Carbonite account in two quick steps:

  • 1. Open Carbonite on your desktop

    •   WINDOWS: In your system tray (bottom right on most desktops), locate the Carbonite green dot and double-click to open.

    •   MAC: On the top right of your menu bar, locate the Carbonite green dot and click to reveal the menu. Click "Open Carbonite".

      • Not seeing the Carbonite green dot? You may have an older version on your MAC.

  • 2. Click "Account" from the tabs on your left.

    •  The email address associated with your Carbonite account will be listed here.
